Interior design El Silencio: Tranquility has never been so exclusive
BEFORE: Prado is a department in Tolima, located 2 hours from Ibagué. Its main attraction is the Darío Echandía dam, an artificial lake with 4,300 navigable hectares that offers archaeological tourist attractions and water sports.
AFTER: Our client had a 6,000 m² plot adjacent to the lake and wanted to develop a real estate project that would stand out from what was already offered in Prado. After visiting the plot and analyzing the real estate market in Prado, Tolima, we developed a creative 360° strategy for a niche real estate market: luxury homes for people from Bogotá or Ibagué who wanted to invest in a vacation home or a second residence.
