BEFORE:
A group of partners owned an ice cream shop very close to the Sagrada Familia Basilica in Barcelona, Spain, but the experience needed revitalizing.
AFTER:
Although their customers range from children aged 5 and up, their target audience is people aged 18 to 55. The concept of Boreal is inspired by the phenomenon of the aurora borealis, where waves of light create different colors and shades in the sky. This concept and its graphic line were conveyed through various customer touchpoints: the logo, retail branding, interior design, and even the ice cream flavors, allowing people passing by to feel compelled to enter, discover, and fall in love with the experience.
